Who We Are
The Pet Haven & Animal Rescue, Inc. is a non profit, 501c3(applied) rescue organization. We are loving network of
foster homes based in Tallahassee, Florida.
We are dedicated to rescuing animals from bad situations and placing them in foster care until new homes can be found
for them. Our focus is on dogs, cats and horses, though our doors are always open to any animal in need. We medically treat
all animals and evaluate their personalities before placing them into their perfect new homes.
Our Volunteers
The Pet Haven & Animal Rescue, Inc. does not have any paid employees. We could not survive without our wonderful
volunteers! Volunteers have many different opportunities while volunteering with us. If you are interested in volunteering

How We Started
The Pet Haven & Animal Rescue, Inc. was officially incorporated on Feb. 3rd, 2004. After seeing such a great need
for animal rescue groups we chose to open an animal rescue organization that could focus on rescuing and re-homing dogs, cats
and horses. But we always have our doors open to any animal in need. We hope that by bringing animals into our homes, we can
work with them and make them that perfect new family member for a wonderful family.
Our Location
We currently do not have a rescue facility. We are a network of foster homes based in the Tallahassee, FL area.
